About the Title Pics
Introduction
Photo by Jim Henken - JHP Images
This pic was taken in 1998. It is referred to as the "Paul Mitchell" pic, because of its nice-guy,
turtlenecky vibe. Hehehe. Also see the title pic for Poetry, taken from the same
photo shoot.

This picture of me was taken in 1979 in front of the Beverly Hills Hotel. And no, that was not my Rolls Royce
that I was leaving a buttprint on! That rust-colored brush velour shirt was definitely mine, though.

February 2002 is when this pic was taken on the beach at Cayucos, CA. This pic is also used on the CD label
of my current EP, Don't Look Back, available from the
Red Hare Shop. (The guitar is a Martin HD45, btw.)

In 1987, this picture (which I altered in Photoshop,) was taken from my ID Card while at Cuesta College in
San Luis Obispo, CA. I dropped out of that college to get married. I sure got a lot more education that
way!

This 1999 picture of me and my wildly-slung braided noggin was taken at the one of two sold-out shows with
Kate Miner at The Roxy in Hollywood, CA. These were
the shows that became Kate's live CD, "Live from the Strip".

Another 1998 pic from the "Paul Mitchell" period. LOL. I call this one the "Home Alone" pic!

This pic was taken of my family at the San Diego Zoo in 1966. I am sure I was just tired at the time, but now,
my expression screams "Man, am I embarrassed to be with these tourists!"

This is my best hippie pic! It was taken at a Malibu Vineyard Christmas show in 1998. And for those who
can't make it out, yes, that is an "I Like Ike" button on the lapel of my army trenchcoat. Far out, man!

1988 Halloween picture from a party in Los Osos, CA. My former spouse and me went punk for a night! I looked
especially scary with that blasted mustache and Goth makeup. As usual - a real enigma. LMAO!
And about Dom .... well, I can't even begin to explain that one! Ask Tim Samoff, he'll tell ya all about our
common love of ALL the Cannonball Run movies! (Uh, or so we'd have you think .... )

This was taken in 1998 at a party at the Malibu home of Gene, owner of CMS Mastering. I am
caught here enjoying a flavorful Cohiba amongst friends out on the deck. Can't ya almost smell it from
there? Yum.
