Stray Singles
In 1974, Elton recorded a cover of The Beatles classic, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, along with Phildelphia Freedom.
In 1975, he had 3 big hits, none of which appeared on a current US LP: Pinball Wizard from his performance in The Who's
Tommy, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, and Philadelphia Freedom. In 1976, he had another hit - a duet with long-time friend
Kiki Dee called Don't Go Breaking My Heart. All 4 of these appear on Greatest Hits II.
